Update Your Current Listing

Use the Listing Update Request Form or use the link below to update your listing, request an open house, change to pending, change to sold, or cancel services.

If any changes are required, please submit a Listing Update Request through our site or send us an email to FSBO@JosephWalterRealty.com with a list of any changes required. Please include your listing address in the subject line.

Listing updates are free and unlimited to help you sell!

Please contact us or update listing on site as soon as the status of your Home Sale changes.

Pending

Notify us your home is PENDING when you have a fully signed and accepted Purchase Agreement.

Closed

Notify us your you has closed, After you complete the sale (typically at a Title Company) and you received your money from the sale.

Fines can be levied by the MLS if a listing is not marked Active/Pending/Sold in a timely manner.

Changes to listings are made in the order we receive them. Office hours are 9am to 5pm EST Monday through Friday. Changes made outside of these Business Hours will be made the next day. We do work weekends, but hours and availability vary based on staffing.

  • Buyer’s Agent or Coordinator Information (Full Name and Brokerage)
  • Pending – Notify us your home is PENDING when you have a fully signed and accepted Purchase Agreement.

  • Final Sales Price
  • Seller Concessions Amount (Did you pay any of buyers costs?)
  • Loan Type (cash, conventional, FHA, VA, Etc.)
  • Buyer’s Agent or Coordinator Information (Full Name and Brokerage)
  • Title/Escrow/Closing Company Used
  • Closed – Notify us your Home has closed, After you complete the sale (typically at a Title Company) and you received your money from the sale.
  • Fines can be levied by the MLS if a listing is not marked Active/Pending/Sold in a timely manner

Final closings with the correct cooperating broker information (if any) and the correct sales information must be reported to the listing broker also by the end of the next day after the close of escrow.
