What To Do After Checkout

Following your online payment, a receipt and specific listing instructions will be sent to your email.

Our processor will then call to verify your specific property information and match it to the appropriate document and forms. Please be patient! Average verification time is about 5 minutes during normal business hours (EST).

This is required step because the billing address provided may be different than the listing address. To skip this step please type the correct listing address in the order notes when in the checkout menu.

Step 1 Docs

A link to your listing forms will be sent to your email address from us using “Dotloop” after the address verification. This is our E-Signing service provider. The link will lead to all documents required for the specific real estate board your property falls under.

For the best results, we recommend only using a computer or tablet to fill and sign docs. To save your work on Dotloop, click “I’m done” or “share back” buttons. You will get an email confirmation for every share to confirm. Open link from first Dotloop email to continue forms

 

Step 2 Photos

Upload photos directly by clicking here

Alternatively, you can use ww.wetransfer.com to send the photos. Simply create a free account, add your files, and send them to sold@mylistpics.com

 

Step 3 Active

Your listing will be active on the MLS within 24 hours of docs and photo submission, both are required to begin input.

Upon Activation, you’ll receive an email with your printable listing ticket attached as PDF. This listing ticket will show the official MLS Listing and it’s details

Step 4 Updates/Changes

If any immediate changes need attention, please email a reply with a list of any changes required or use the listing update tab here. Listing updates are free and unlimited to help you sell!

Changes are made in order we receive them. Office hours are 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Changes made outside of these times will be made the next day. We do work weekends, but hours and availability vary.

Please contact us or update listing on site as soon as a status change occurs. Fines can be incurred if a listing is not marked active/pending/sold in a timely manner.
